Directing and producing the music video for Lukas Graham's 'All Of It All'
Delivering Creative Excellence Under Extreme Time Constraints

Music launches operate on fixed deadlines. Creative ambition rarely gets extra time. Working with Lukas Graham, I helped concept, produce and deliver a complete music video within just three days—balancing speed, creative quality and commercial expectations.

The final production reached more than 2.7 million viewers, demonstrating how disciplined creative processes enable exceptional work under pressure.

The Challenge: The timeline was the project. Concept development, production and delivery all had to happen within seventy-two hours. Every unnecessary decision became a risk. The challenge was creating creative clarity under exceptional operational pressure.

My Role: Creative Direction, Production Leadership, Concept Development, Creative Production, Cross-functional Coordination.

Strategic Thinking: When time becomes the primary constraint, decision quality becomes the competitive advantage. The production focused on protecting one strong idea rather than pursuing multiple creative directions. This allowed the team to move rapidly while maintaining coherence from concept to delivery.

Creative Execution: Directed a streamlined production process spanning concept, filming, editing and final delivery. Creative decisions prioritized emotional authenticity, visual rhythm and efficient execution without compromising artistic quality. Working closely with United Stage, Lukas Graham and his team to create and produce a one-camera, static-shot music video for their new song "All of It All" in just three days from idea to conception. We wanted to make a personal video that shows the band's energy and music-making process. The camera stays still in our video while the band performs and Lukas Graham interacts with his "girlfriend." The cast and crew also appear, all edited together, giving a unique view of the video making process. This static camera setting lets the audience focus on the band and cast's location and movement, creating a dynamic visual experience.

Business Impact: Delivered a complete production within three days. Reached more than 2.7 million viewers across YouTube and digital channels. Demonstrated how creative leadership can accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards.

Leadership Lessons: Creative leadership is measured by the quality of decisions made under pressure. Speed becomes an advantage only when clarity exists first. Why It Matters; Complex productions rarely fail because of creativity. They fail because of indecision. This project demonstrates disciplined execution under extreme constraints.
